1.) As the artist, I have every right to accept or decline a commission.
2.) I only accept FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT for commissions.
3.) Refunds are only applicable BEFORE I start to work on the commission and or after the first week of agreement. Any requests to refund AFTER I start work and or after the grace period will be respectfully denied.
4.) By commissioning me, you are purchasing an artist's labor. I retain all-rights to said artwork unless there is a commercial-use agreement, or said otherwise.
5.) For personal use only. If to be used for commercial purposes, refer to the added commercial fee charge. For regular commissions (headshots to full body), a +%50 Commercial fee is to be added if it were to be used commercially.
6.) Fulfillment of commission depends on my schedule, but I will try my best to communicate and relay further updates. (Usual ETAs for artworks are a week or two prior to agreement.
